A quick, tangy weeknight delight.
Fresh or frozen salmon filets are a great way to get your dose of omega 3. I usually use frozen filets because I don't always cook what I plan to cook and I have let fresh salmon go bad. So, the frozen filets work best for me. And, I can thaw just 2 or 3 pieces for a small meal.
Pair this dish with wild rice or Skillet Mushroom Rice and oven grilled vegetables.
